BIAB nails stands for “Builder In A Bottle” nails. It’s a type of soft gel used to strengthen and enhance natural nails, often serving as a middle ground between traditional gel polish and acrylics. BIAB is a product by The Gel Bottle Inc., though the term is often used generically now for similar builder gels.
